Happy Star Wars Day, well May the Fourth be with you.:)

The diagnosis of my leg problem was spot on and the treatment is now working a treat, more ultra sound tomorrow but I can put up with this amount of discomfort even on an aeroplane for a silly number of hours.

I got out for some fresh air today and felt so much better, saw a few voles and birds and on the way home caught sight of this ladybird taking off. Its on my to do list.
