New floor

We acquired some lovely flooring, from a friend, via another friend.
Under the influence of a nice Malbec-Merlot last night Corin decided he could do the kitchen with it.
He has done half of it today, after grinding down the mostly uneven tiles.
Looks really nice and certainly feeling much more pleasant and less treacherous under foot.
We have always loathed the tiles we inherited when we bought the house - it's only taken 8 years to do something about it.
