This modern technology is getting out of hand

It's a quiet Sunday night in tonight. My cousin Tom and his wife Caroline were over for dinner last night and we were awake talking till late. One of the subjects that came up for conversation was the addictive nature of modern computer technology. Tom refuses to have a mobile phone because he doesn't want to be constantly available. He quoted a statistic that something like 30% of young people use their mobile phone, tablet or computer in the bedroom. In our house, as you can see, the worst offender is our young tom cat Billy, here seen checking his text messages.
