Failed

Domestic Goddess NOT! I decided yesterday evening to have a go at a chocolate sponge for mom and Dad's party. All looked good except the chocolate fudge icing was incredibly sticky and we hadn't got enough chocolate. Thought the cake was a little heavyish.

Fast forward 5 hours... Woke up in the middle of the night to the realisation that I hadn't put any butter or margarine in it!

Tried to convince mom this afternoon that it was a new recipe for Slimming World but apparently it tastes like cardboard.

Let's see how long the creatures in the garden take to eat some.
