First Moments of Life

We walked over to Scorton this morning, which is about three miles over fields and footpaths from where we live.

Our treat at the other end was a toasted teacake and a cappuccino at Scorton Barn before our walk back home!

I took so many shots of things I could use for my first Nature blip of the week but this scene clinched it - two beautiful lambs with their mum only minutes after being born; hardly able to stand and looking rather bewildered.

A wonderful sight!
