Big R's Banana cream Pie!

My hubby is famous for his pie making---having made at least 14 pies for our son's wedding in Aug.2008. Philosopher's wife made the other half ! Our Christmas dinner culminated in one recipe tried out at the wedding--Banana Cream and it was sooooooooo scrumptious:) His crusts are so flaky and tasty too. We really needed to have this after hardly eating all day ha ha ha. Yay piemaker Big R for making our Christmas meal so perfect.
