Tranquil waters

Our last morning in Picton, so when I woke up early and looked out the window at the beautiful calm sea, and the reflections that it created, I just had to get down there and take a photo. There weren't many people around, the sky was overcast and there was a crispness in the air. But it all contributed to this lovely, not quite mono looking photo.

Because of the early start, we were out of our apartment by 9.15am, so we went onto Blenheim and did a spot of shopping. We stopped at the 'Argosy', a cafe on the outskirts of Blenheim, for lunch. It was a lovely way to end a lovely relaxing weekend.
