They cold because they are at street every time. Actually they should stay dog pound so it is healthy for dogs. Certainly it should make vaccine for all dog. If it savage some people person will sick but if it make vaccine,person will not sick. We can put the all dogs and we can go to dog pound also children afraid for dog but if it stay dog pound,children might like for dog. We can help for all street animal please...
