Breakfast and weight

Hey guys!! Here is my very healthy nutritious and delicious breakfast which consists of porridge with chopped dried apricots and a tea spoon of honey along with so ginger tea!

Low in calories and very filling!

I would also like to share my AMAZING news... I have lost a total of 1 stone and 10lbs!! I feel great, confident, I feel I can do this!! I have noticed the weight loss slow down now I have less to lose however it is still dropping off me.

This proved that by having smaller portions, watching the calories and fat in food and exercise does the trick! None of these stupid diets where you have to starve yourself or punish yourself. Eat what you want in moderation and exercise!
