We took our visitors A&A to Frühlingsfest today and after beer, a knuckle and other traditional dishes containing less bone and meat, we went on the big wheel.

Biggs and I suffer somewhat from vertigo but after a rather hysterical first revolution, we mastered our fear a little, stopped shouting and actually quite enjoyed it. I even managed to take some photos.

This is A&A's fourth visit to Munich, and although the weather has never really been good for them, I think today was the worst yet. Dreich is the best word to describe it.

I have higher hopes for tomorrow.
