Shiso juice

This is a juice made from the red variety of shiso, an Asian culinary herb related to mint. It has a very distinct flavor and the green ones are often served with sushi. The red variety are usually only used when making Japanese pickles.

The juice was really weird because it tasted just like leaf, but in liquid form. It was weird and I kept wanting to stop drinking it, but I couldn't stop for some reason. I don't want to say it was good, but it kind of was.
