Crawfish Boil

If you know what I am talking about, you are from (or have partied in) The South (of U.S., that is).

If you don't know what I am talking about, here is a run-down for ya: 600 pounds of crawfish, 50 pounds of sausage, and sacks of potatoes, mushroom and corn get tossed into gigantic vats filled with boiling water and various seasonings. All cooks together, then gets served on baking trays. Sea of beer is consumed, while the kids run around screaming like crazy. Good times!

Our department (landscape architecture and contracting) throws one of these as a fundraiser ever Spring. Today. It was a properly Southern, fun evening.
