Frosty Tree
Had a lovely start today, walking Sheba while a -4c frost started to melt with the early morning sunny. Now that spring is under way the sun has some real heat to it now before 0700, especially if the wind is light or non- existent.
The blip is a selfie with a tree, but the shadow canopy is still frosty white. I just liked how unusual this was. Had real difficulty in choosing the shot for today, especially when lunch was in the New Forest for the yearly Family Gathering at Holmsley Tea Rooms, near Burley. Fifteen of us arrived from Ferndown, Salisbury, Droitwich, and Nuneaton, the Danish part were not with us this year sadly.
Sheba had a whale of a time being played with by five children, she slept well in the car on the way back and has dozed all evening too.
