Rice

Lovely shops were a further theme for the week. This one is in Borris on the way up the road early in a St-Mullins-Carlow-Portlaoise-Tullamore-Galway-Dublin extravaganza of (at least) 10 counties.

Now sitting in the lap of luxury in Dublin, where we saw more people in the restaurant than we had seen all week. It's very quiet in the sunny Southeast.

A bit like France when the sun is out. A bit like the Amazon (in my imagination) after the rain, but also quite like Ireland.
