It's no kite

It was a fine day on the granite paving slabs, or whatever material it is, the felons have chosen to leave down. Fine weather, at one time used to bring out the ice cream, but these days, it also appears to bring out these guys:- the helium balloon vendors.
I always remember episodes of buying these for my little girl, and no matter what we attached them to, within the hour, they would be rapidly climbing to the stratosphere.
