Bzzzzzzzzzzz

A neighbour alerted us to a swarm of bees that had positioned themselves in a tree by the bike racks. He was concerned for the children who live here, safety and was very cross that no-one in authority (residents committee, council or the police!)seemed to want or know what to do. He eventually contacted someone local who ran a bee farm, who kindly came and removed the majority of the swarm.

It was all very exciting and interesting to watch as he sprayed them to calm them and just shook the tree and they all fell into his bee carrying box!
