A splash of colour

It was a dull day in Embra. Just missed an interesting looking Mayday parade, then saw this wee splash of colour outside a restaurant called the Bistro. It's good to see folk make the effort to pretty-up the outside of their establishments.

It was Chaophraya for lunch and, again we were not disappointed. Great views of the Castle and brilliant food. It's the first time we've been to the Embra restaurant, but it won't be our last.

Best of all today, we saw trams! Not just one, but three, although it could have been the same one three times. So it's true. They are not just a figment of someone's imagination, they do exist. You can't actually board them yet, but one day soon ...
