Concorde

The most iconic aircraft of all time and the venue for the wedding today - just awesome!!

A very unusual venue, they have removed one or two rows of seats in the middle of the plane to make an open (it's still tiny) space, then as guests we sat in the other seats as you would on a flight.
The problem was the heat, as you approached the door you could feel it coming to meet you and by the time the bride had arrived it was very hot and quite sticky!
Luckily the bride had chosen lace fans as favors for the ladies (the men got a Concorde pin badge) everyone had their fans in use!
After the wedding ceremony we were able to enjoy mini guided tours of the plane, I have always loved Concorde and wish I'd had the opportunity to fly on her.
