Lost Something?

Forgot to take my early 80's Canon A-1 for the photo walk I did earlier, just had my trusty blip-o-matic (Canon A560). Switched over to black and white, walked briefly alongside the Tyne then took the steps up up to All Saints Church. Amongst the peaceful graves was an open piece of luggage, some shopping baskets and a pair of trainers... Not the sort of thing you would expect in a graveyard!

Did the occupants have a party and needed to rush off before dawn? If not, then why not?
