Profusion of Clematis

I think they are a bit early but all out in their glory on a glorious day. I cannot see these and take their annual photo without remembering Molly, the wonderful kind blipper from Tuscany who died in 2011 about this time of year and with whom I had just exchanged some comments about her Clematis Montana in Italy and mine in the PNW.

Looking for a different view in which one could appreciate the mass of flowers on the 35 ft fence between my neighbors yard and ours, this one is watercolor from the little sony.
