Some people aspire to be cool, some pretend to be cool....and some just simply ARE !
Growing up in the less salubrious areas of Liverpool in the 70's and 80's meant I hung around clubs n bars with lots of Rastafarians...I reckon this bloke could be of my generation,,,but still getting the steely looks from the pensioners outside Aldi. Lol. My best in promptu live concert ever was in such a bar in Liverpool where after hours in the lock in Elvis Costello appeared on a chair to try a few new ideas out. I must have seen him half a dozen times since...last time recently in Bridgewater Hall with a String Quartet...amazing...we have grown up together. Best ever ever big concert...Bob Marley and The Wailers in Bingley Hall Grounds Staffordshire....missed the last train home to Liverpool and slept on the platform waiting for the post train from London at 04.30. Missed school...got detention...so worth it ! Happy Bank Holiday Weekend Blippers !
