Natures sparkles

Not much to report today, work was quiet and I spent more time researching stuff than actually doing. I did my usual walk around outside at lunchtime looking for something to jump out and be photographed but nothing did, last week I wanted a seeding dandelion and struggled to find one but today they were in abundant. I shot a few outside and nearly used one for today's image as I liked the out of focus banding in the background which looked like a blue, pink and green flag.

I did decide to take one into the studio though to get a different feel for the image and after yesterday's blip being so bright and disturbing this is a little more gentle on the eye. I do like how the seed heads look a little like sparklers.

This will be my third and think the last dandelion image for this year.
