Kelpies

I went a wander at the Helix today. I hadn't been right up to the kelpies yet and was quite disappointed, there's no clear signs with information about them, you can't do much apart from walk up to and around them, and generally I expected a more "interactive" experience. They look quite spectacular, but I'm just not sold. We talked about the fact if we were on holiday somewhere and there were huge horses heads there we would visit them, and probably be less critical than we were having them locally.

Maybe there's more planned. They Helix park is nice enough too- if a bit soggy.
