About maybe 18 months ago, I bought a basket for the back of my bike. I view it as a small, but necessary step towards full integration. I have never, for one second, regretted buying it.

However, it seems that there is a lack of rubbish bins on the streets of Munich. So, logically what could be more appropriate than divesting oneself of the responsibility for personal rubbish by putting it in a conveniently located bike basket?

Rather uncharacteristically , I did not have a problem with this small bottle cap landing in my basket the other day. Definitely preferable to the half eaten Brez'n I once found there.
