Mind the gap......

......they're 'busy' (presumably) isolating the utilities supply to the derelict pub at the bottom of the street prior to demolition.....holes in the road are appearing all over the place and there's lots of chaps sitting in transit vans reading the paper and eating sandwiches (er, I didn't DARE blip them, they looked like they could run faster than I can;-)). Couldn't wander far today, parcels expected for the boy-in-the-attic AND I'm still getting used to the new varifocals, crumbly stone steps/big drops to the sea and slightly woozy vision doesn't feel like it's a healthy combination.....

Apparently it's my birthday today.....cake MAY be consumed......
