Why is it so?

This is Andrew. He is a retired teacher. He is giving a series of talks entitled "Explaining how the world works" which I'm attending. He is absolutely delightful even if he rambles on a bit at times. He often adopts this contemplative pose while he talks, which is what I was trying to capture.
