Old friends

Many years ago we all worked together. One of our group was over from New York, so it was an excuse to get together and chat about all the folks from the old days. A global community of friends from many countries was brought to mind.

It seems like a lifetime ago, those days when I used to hop on a plane and head off to visit clients in Europe, then head over to the USA to represent their interests with 'Head Office'. The Bank we all worked for ceased to be in 2003 when it was sold off and we were owned next by Germans, then by Americans again. I left at that point, and it's only really on days like this that I reflect.
