Where Are You, May?!

Today is May 1st, yet it feels like November 1st! It is cold, rainy and super gloomy. I feel like I haven't seen the sun in days, I miss it's warmth and brightness!

Funny story with these shells, we collected them on a vacation to Long Island in New York circa 2008. We use them as decorations in a little dish in our living room. We haven't washed them since, so you can imagine the dust on them! My mom washed and set them to dry on my deck days ago, and now they are just completely soaked from the rain from the past week! Because the sky is spitting randomly, I couldn't stay out for long and this was the shot I was happiest with.
