Stringy Bark

I bought this beautiful honey from Goldfield Apiaries, Lucknow, NSW, Oz, last November. Selfishly I haven't shared it, no one else would appreciate it the way I do. Nearly at the bottom of the jar now, can I justify a trip to Oz for another jar.....
