Ouch!

First day back at work after being off sick for 31/2 months with a broken elbow . Normally I work three 14 hr shifts a week today was just 7.5hrs my feet hurt soo much I had to get a bus home I normally walk the mile &1/2 .deffo comfys on tomorrow! !
