Canalside bluebells

I went up to the woods behind the house to see if the bluebells were fully out for my blip today. I could see all the flowers but they were not fully open so a few more days of sun needed to bring out the colour.

I spotted these Spanish bluebell crosses along the canal side this evening as I took littlest down to play at the park. I loved the way the light was catching the water of the canal and the colour it was reflecting.

I cropped this shot because I do really like the letterbox format and I thought it emphasised the flowers against the water
