Little Old Man

Went out today with the aim of gathering some images for my street photography project. The purists tell me that you cannot hide behind a zoom lens (my preferred approach) that you have to use a fixed 28 or 50 mm and get within 3 feet of them and - you should not be noticed and, of course, your victim should be doing something interesting, i.e. capture a moment in time with the background in perfect synchronisation. I think this is a tall order. Just as I left the house I spotted this little fellow toddling unsteadily behind his mum. I love his little face concentrating on remaining upright. I am sure a toddler does not count as street photography but he is a person, I got up close, he didn't notice me at first and he was in the street. So I am saying it counts.
