The birds

Went for a short walk along the Water earlier on and gave a few bits of bread to some very hungry birds. These black headed gulls had given up on us so were just waiting to harry mercilessly the next humans foolish enough to reveal small bags of crumbs.

The camera on auto seemed to give a strange, almost luminescent, quality to the birds which I rather liked.
