Pros and cons…

Pro: we brought back grapefruit from Cape Town. Delicacy in the highest over here!

Con: My mind is still in vacation mode. I picked up the pan, directly off the stove, and set it onto the cutting mat -- completely forgetting said cutting mat is made of meltable plastic. Whoops..

Pro: We ate grapefruit this morning!
