Lone Pohutukawa

Today I had to make an effort to take a blip shot as I had nothing to offer by 4pm. I went to the local marina and took some nice snaps then found this Pohutukawa that has been beaten into shape by the coastal weather.

Called into the CBD before heading home for a sunset photo opportunity when I got stuck in peak traffic. I spent the next 10 minutes watching a beautiful sunset disappear right in front of me. Bet that has happened to many photograph enthusiasts before.

Oh well happy with Mr Pohutukawa instead.
