The walk

There are normally only a few people walking along the south bank in the morning.

Not so today

But on the whole there were less people walking today than yesterday. One assumes that they had not enjoyed the experience the previous day.

Life will be back to normal tomorrow ie I can have the south bank to myself.

But the difficulties of this morning meant that someone actually smiled at me. That doesn't often happen.

There was an annoying woman on the train going home who ate a bag of crisps loudly and then followed that by an annoying bag of popcorn. She was oblivious to how annoying she was.
