Lady with a light

What a contrast to yesterday - miserable gray skies, cold and damp.

Oh well, gave me an opportunity to mess around with my camera and try to get something for this week's blip challenge, LIGHT.

This used to belong to Andrew's old aunties, and I thought it would make an ideal subject for the challenge. I also knew that I don't have the technical skills to do it justice, so all feedback will be gratefully received. I know that I should have moved it further away from the wall so that I wouldn't get a shadow.

I did shot in RAW and manipulated it a bit but I don't know what I am doing so its always a bit of trial and error (mostly error).
