Alexander's Harp by Alec Galloway
Apologies if on-off Blipper Alec Galloway ( Glassman) posts this but it was too good not to share.
It's one of Alec's new glass works which he is making for Absent Voices.
This one-is called Alexander's Harp and it deals within own personal family history which is steeped in Greenock's sugar industry.
This takes the story of Alec's great-grandfather, Alexander Cochrane, who was killed when Walkers Sugar House was bombed in 1942 during WW2.
Delicate and strong at the same time.
