Best coffee in Edinburgh?

Brewlab has been open in South College St for over a year, but it took an invite from a visitor to the city before I visited.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but the stuff they serve is amazing. Unlike anything I've tasted elsewhere.

I ordered two espressos and they didn't both come at once. Why? Because each is handmade, slowly and they can't make 2 at a time. Now, that might be a problem.
