Random Digger

On my remote drive to work this morning along very quiet roads when I came across this digger. It was not there last night so at some point the digger fairies must have dropped it off.

I cannot understand why it is there or what it is going to dig so I will watch with great interest as funnily enough things like this interest me. Or maybe I am just sad.
