Every garden needs a meerkat (& a gnome)

We have a garden that is super tiny. It was, essentially, a yard & we lifted the slabs & put down a teeny tiny lawn cos we were determined to have a patch (& it so is a patch) of actual grass. In celebration of our tiny landscaped garden, a dear friend saw fit to buy us a welcoming meerkat, a solar powered cow & pig & other such garden essentials... The toadstools, the windchimes & the gnome came later after pestering from the girls. We made dingle-dangles from driftwood & shells off the beach... But I like the meerkat best, though he would benefit from a solar-powered-glow-in-the-dark hat, frankly.
