scruff

A filthy toddler with wild hair. She was playing with cement that her dad was using to build a wall in the garden , it amused her for ages, until she started flinging it about the garden and her dad told her "No" You would think the world had ended, tears, snot, screaming and flailing about. So I took her in for a much needed bath before the cement set hard on her hands .
