Wilting

This last weekend is catching up with me...I'm so tired :-(

Work is relentless as usual, with the addition of low staff morale at one of the places thanks to the so called bright ideas of the boss. This low mood doesn't help anyone; I hope the staff meeting later this week will clear the air but I doubt it.

I didn't dare blip any more food, but tonight we had moose steaks. Mr A liked his, I left mine, which he promptly swooped onto his plate.
It had a really odd taste and I thought I was maybe just being a fusspot, but when Mr A started to tuck into my piece he spat it out in disgust! How mine could taste so wildly different from his I don't know, but I won't be having it again that's for sure!

Tonight's blip is of a plant my Mum donated to us last year. It's never looked happy; the leaves are always curled and look really sorry for themselves. That said, it's always a healthy green colour and this week has flowered for the first time (in my garden anyway).
I've no idea what it is, but it looks pretty :-)

Bike4Lifefest update - the event raised £30,000!
There were a total of 3000 bikers (double last years numbers) on the ride out and another 2000 bikers headed straight to the festival
