New storage boxes.

I was stuck indoors all day waiting for scaffolders to arrive, so decided to do a major clear-out of papers, and try a new storage method. Out with the concertina files, and in with plastic folders and these boxes. I lost the will to continue eventually, but still had to stay in as the scaffolders didn't show up till 6pm.
