Trapped

By the short and curlies!

After giving it some serious consideration, I decided to withdraw my application for the job I had started to apply for. Simple fact is I currently have a job that I enjoy that pays well and offers a good benefits package plus lots of flexibility. Yes, the future is uncertain, but best to hang on to a good thing for as long as you can rather than sacrificing it all before you need to. If personal circumstances were different, I think I would have stuck to the path I had embarked on, but they are not. Sometimes we have total freedom of choice and other times we don't.

Following on from yesterday's picture in the Indian restaurant, I can report that the so so meal I commented on got it's revenge at 2 o'clock this morning. Not nice, but looking on the bright side, I am at least half a stone lighter than I was this time yesterday :-)
