One step at a time

Big day today with a lot of sewer overflow from yesterday's rain event. One property was in quite a mess but tidy once we finished. I ran my coaching session today at Westend Park , this is Jessica and Brandon, with Ophelia,Carmalita and Thomas absent . All these kids show some very good potential and when they are together as a bunch they all train well and I notice some competitive spirit comes out which is great to see. Technique like anything is the most important part of learning to make what you do easier and more efficient and all this is done one step at a time.
