Super soaker

This blue jay wasn't sharing the bird bath. He went back & forth 5 times, and got completely soaked each time! I get such great pleasure watching the birds, they are just going about their day, doing their thing, and they don't even realize how entertaining they are. I was trying to stay distracted while there was lots of destruction in the south, and near misses with tornadoes for my son & his wife. Just a little too close for comfort...most helpless feeling ever. Praying things calm down for them. Prayers for those families who have lost everything and for those who didn't survive. Heavy heart tonight, and hoping for a quiet night, and better day tomorrow.

Today I am thankful for those concerned & the prayers from my friends & family.
