Mindfulness
I'm currently reading a book about mindfulness. The concept may seem to be easy- to fully be in the present moment. But it's so much harder than it sounds. We are so busy making plans for the future or dwelling about our past, that we don't even realize that we are loosing the present. So, to all of you out there today, take a moment when you just stop whatever it is you are doing and just observe where you are right now. Listen to the sounds, focus on how it feels to breathe, observe what you are looking at. Let your senses guide you. Just be, just feel, just live that moment. It's beautiful!
