Matthew was in a chess tournament yesterday, and he gained the required number of points to move onto the next stage, so it's another trip down to sunny Manchester this summer.

He's really quite good now, and it seems to come very naturally to him. I only beat him if he's not really concentrating, which is a little depressing. It's not that I mind losing, it's just that he knows he doesn't need to try that hard!
