Sweet Daddy

This photo from long ago arrived in my messages today. It made my heart stop just a little. Ok, I caught my breath and stopped short and just maybe my heart stopped for more than just a little bit too.
The look of pride and pure joy on Dads face as he gazes at Jordan, his first Great Grandson makes me happy. ..and SOOOO sad too.
How we miss him and think of him so often every day. We so wish he could have stayed with us and could gave known all of his Greatgrands. Now THAT would have been deep and pure joy, but not to be....this side of Heaven.
